How do I confirm my booking?
Submit your inquiry via the form or text us directly at 0450 640 031. We will verify package requirements, allocate your time slot, and provide straightforward confirmation details.
Is there a call-out fee?
Yes. As a mobile detailing service, a minimum $10 call-out fee applies to all bookings. The exact fee is based on the distance travelled to your location and will be confirmed with you before your booking.
Will I charged extra if my vehicle is heavily soiled?
Additional charges may apply for vehicles requireing extra time or work due to excessive dirt, stains, pet hair or overall condition. Any additional costs will be discussed before the detail begins.
Is there a late fee?
A late fee may apply if a delay affects the scheduled booking time. Please let us know as soon as possible if you're running late.

What is included in an interior car detail?
Our interior detailing includes deep vacuuming, cabin cleaning, dashboard and console cleaning, interior surface sanitisation, glass and mirror cleaning and stain spot treatment. Leather conditioning and surface protection can also be included where appropriate.
What is included in an exterior car detail?
An exterior detail includes a pH-neutral foam wash, gentle hand washing, microfiber drying, wheel and tyre cleaning, wheel decontamination, bug and tar removal, exterior window cleaning and tyre dressing. A ceramic spray protection is also included with the exterior detail.
What is included in a full car detail?
A full detail combines our interior and exterior detailing services to give your vehicle a thorough clean inside and out. This includes interior vacuuming and cleaning, exterior washing, wheel and tyre cleaning, tyre dressing, glass cleaning and ceramic spray protection.
How much does car detailing cost?
Our detailing services start from $50 for a maintenance wash, with basic interior and exterior details starting from $80 and a full basic detail starting from $140. The final price can vary depending on your vehicle and any additional services required. We provide upfront pricing so you know what to expect before booking.
Can you remove stains from car seats and upholstery?
Yes. We offer seat extraction and steam cleaning to help lift stains and refresh vehicle interiors. Deep hot water extraction and steam sanitation can be added to your detailing service depending on the condition of the interior.
Do you offer headlight restoration?
Yes. Our headlight restoration service uses wet sanding, multi-stage compound polishing and a UV sealant to improve the appearance of cloudy or oxidised headlights. Headlight restoration is available as an add-on to your detailing service.
